个人简介：
牟雅沁（Yaqin Mu),山东大学法学院博士后研究员。她的研究主要聚焦于版权法、法律与科技、创造力及法律理论，关注法律制度与治理结构如何回应技术变革，并更有效地促进和支持创造活动。她的研究尤其涉及人工智能、3D打印和量子计算等新兴技术，并重新审视复制、创造与版权保护之间的关系，探讨信息生产与传播方式的变化如何对传统版权制度提出挑战。目前，她的研究重点是人工智能时代的版权制度改革。
